Last March we experienced a golf ball sized hail that resulted in damage to our roof. Our roof was 8 years old and so I thought it may be in need of replacement. My neighbor had used Reliance for their roof and had a positive experience so I called Alan. He came out inspected the roof and recommended I call the insurance. He then met the adjuster and got the roof approved. Within a week of signing a contract the materials arrived and the crew finished in one day. Most impressive was the clean-up. When I returned from work the yard and all around the house was spotless. Everything happened just as we were explained it would. Alan treated us courteously and gave the attention to detail as if we were a million dollar customer. Will definitely us Reliance again.

After our initial insurance inspection was rejected, my wife contacted Reliance Roofing to see if there was anything else that could be done. Brett recommended getting a re-inspection as he knew the roof was damaged and also provided documentation and photos to the insurance to make it happen. Sure enough the roof was covered second time around. The actual work was completed in a day and the crew was very efficient. Roof looks great!

In May 2017, our house in Austin, Texas, suffered severe hail damage. In August 2017, a new roof was constructed by Reliance Roofing and beautifully completed in a timely manner.
The entire reconstruction process of the roof was expertly led and supervised by the company representative, Mr. Ben Keiderling who is knowledgeable in claim insurance procedure as well as technical aspect of the construction. Ben patiently explained the project details and walked us through the entire project. Ben and his crew were true professionals. They were thorough, careful, competent and paid attention to details.They showed their respect to our property by keeping work areas clean, free of debris, especially sharp objects i.e. nails...They were cooperative and favorably responded to our issues.
